Cell phone use and poor cervical posture
New technological advances have included cell phone use in people's daily routines as an imposing necessity nowadays.
Along with its insertion in our daily life, new osteomuscular risk factors also appeared in its users, which is called "Text Neck Syndrome", defined as a type of repetitive stress injury and sustained pain due to the reclined position of the neck, which increases the weight of the head on the cervical area, during the excessive use of smartphones, tablets and notebooks.
