Intestinal Invagination
Intussusception is the most common cause of intestinal obstruction among children aged 6 months to 3 years.
The involvement is slightly greater in boys than in girls. Its main symptoms are abdominal pain and vomiting. In most cases, the cause is unknown.
Trachoma is an eye infection that affects both eyes. It is the leading cause of infectious blindness in the world.
A bacterium called Chlamydia trachomatis causes trachoma. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), trachoma has caused visual impairment in 1.8 million people. Of these people, 450,000 have been left with irreversible blindness.
